To note urgent decision reference UD07/08 – 057 regarding purchase of Fair Trade Promotional items (copy attached).

To consider the Project Development Officer’s report dated 11th September 2007 regarding transfer of Ray Warner films to DVD (copy attached).

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report of 27th September 2007 concerning the provision of advertising banners for the Town Council and its Festival of Dover 2008 project (copy attached).

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report of 27th September 2007 concerning the cost of the inclusion of the Carrier as an e-newsletter in the new Town Council Website (copy attached)..

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report of 27th September 2007 concerning the Town Council advertising on the Festival of Dover 2008 Calendar (copy attached).


8. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH SCHEMES

To consider the Town Council’s resolution at its meeting of 26th September 2007 – Minute 297 b) That the Council instruct its Policy Committee to engage with the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme with a view to providing the metal signs for each new group within the Town Council’s area.
