To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 5th February 2008 and the Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Committee held on the 13th February 2008, amended to read “Resolved To Recommend” in Minute No’s 601 & 633 (copies attached).

To consider the latest out-turns against the Committee’s 2007/08 budget (copy attached).


5. CASTLE STREET FLOWERS

To consider Castle Street Area Society’s letter of the 1st February 2008 requesting a grant for the Castle Street Flowers (copy attached).


6. RIVER DOUR

To consider The Dover Society’s letter of the 15th February 2008 regarding their voluntary project team, assisting in the Charlton Green area of the River Dour Project (copy attached).

To consider notes of a meeting held with the Police Architectural Liaison Group on the 19th February 2008 concerning the improvements to the Charlton Green area of the River Dour (copy attached).


7. FESTIVAL OF DOVER 2008

To consider notes of the Festival of Dover Steering Group meeting held 7th February 2008 (copy attached).

To consider a draft budget for the Festival of Dover Horticultural / Gardening Event, being held 16th & 17th August 2008 (copy attached).


8. FESTIVE LIGHTS

To consider the Technical Support Officer’s report regarding the quantity of bulbs held, for the Town Council Christmas tree (copy attached).


9. DOVER DISTRICT PLAY PARTNERSHIP

To consider Dover District Council’s e-mail of the 11th February 2008 regarding minutes of a meeting held on the 21st November 2007 for the Dover District Play Partnership Scheme (copy attached).


10. TIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM / BUCKLAND ESTATE

To consider updates on TIR Management Systems on the Buckland Estate, Dover.

To consider the Special Responsibility Member’s report regarding Allotments (copy to follow).

To consider the Technical Support Officer’s report of the 22nd January 2008 regarding quotations received for maintenance and fencing works at the Goschen Road and Northbourne Avenue Allotment sites (copy attached).
