To note a letter from the Highways Agency dated 23rd November 2007 regarding an Order from the Secretary of State for Transport in relation to the A20 Trunk Road (Dover Egress Road) Slip Road (copy attached).

To note an email dated 20th November 2007 from the Highways Agency regarding an internet link to the first edition of the Highways Agency Area 4 e-bulletin (copy attaches).

To consider Dover District Council’s letter of 29th November 200, together with attachments, regarding the introduction of the Dover District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2008 (copies attached).
