To receive any declarations of either personal or prejudicial interest that Members may wish to make.


3. MINUTES

To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 15th January 2008 (copy attached).


4. COMMITTEE BUDGET

To consider latest out-turn against the Committee’s 2007/08 budget (copy attached).


5. TOURISM

To receive a presentation from Mrs C Parker of Kent Tourism Alliance regarding the Coastal Treasures Interreg Programme.


6. TOWN COUNCIL LINKS

To consider the current position regarding links with Calais, Split & Zeebrugge.

To consider the Town Clerk’s report of 31st January 2008 concerning a request from the Jeune France Group to hold a concert in Dover in association with Dover Town Council (copy attached).



7. DOVER/CALAIS FESTIVAL OF SPORT

To consider the current position regarding the 2008 Dover/Calais Festivals of Sport, including the provision of a lunch for the members of the preparation meeting to be held before the end of March 2008.

To consider the Town Council Secretary’s report of 5 February 2008 concerning the purchase of medals for the 2008 Dover/Calais Festival of Sport, including the appropriate wording to be engraved thereon (copy attached).


8. ST. GEORGE’S DAY/ZEEBRUGGE RAID COMMEMORATIONS 2008

To consider preparations for the Town Council’s St. George’s Day/Zeebrugge Raid Commemorations on 23rd April 2008, which will be the 90th Anniversary of the Raid on Zeebrugge.

To consider Mr P Kendall’s email of 26th January 2008 regarding the 90th Anniversary of the Raid on Zeebrugge (copy attached).


9. HONOUR BOARDS

To consider the current position regarding the production of ‘Honour Boards’.


10. DOVERS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD

To consider the current position with regard to the Dovers throughout the world project.


11. DOVER REGATTA 2008

To consider the current position concerning the 2008 Dover Regatta.
