To consider the list of Mayoral engagements since the meeting on 26th September 2007 (copy attached).

8. SECOND COUNCILLORS’ FORUM

To consider Councillor D Hannent’s report of 4th December 2007 concerning a second Councillors’ Forum to be arranged in the New Year with Telos Training (copy attached).


9. LAUNCH EVENT FOR THE FESTIVAL OF DOVER 2008

To consider Councillor Mrs J Tranter’s report of 4th December 2007 concerning the underwriting of the launch event of the Festival of Dover 2008 (copy attached).
