5. WESTERN HEIGHTS SPORTS PAVILION AND FIELD
To consider the Project Development Officer’s report of the 24th October 2007 concerning the continued use of the Western Heights Sports Ground (copy attached).
To consider the Project Development Officer’s report of the 5th November 2007 regarding the progress to date of the Western Heights Sports Pavilion and Grounds development (copy attached).
To consider Curzon Rangers and Dover Mercury Sunday Football League’s proposal of the 8th November 2007, regarding interim improvements to the Western Heights Playing Field (copy attached).

To consider Cllr P Verrill’s report of the 29th October 2007 concerning Sport (copy attached).
7. CHRISTMAS 2007 & FESTIVAL LIGHTS
To receive Cllr D J Lloyd’s oral reports concerning the Christmas Lights Switch–on Event and the Festival Lights in Dover.
To discuss the progress to date of the Christmas Cheer Extravaganza Event 2007.
8. PENCESTER PAVILION
To note Urgent Decision No: 07 / 08 – 067 concerning permission granted for the use of the Pavilion by Dover District Council on the 5th November 2007 (copy attached).
9. RIVER DOUR
To consider the Minutes of the meeting of the River Dour Steering Group held on the 10th October 2007 (copy attached).
To consider the Technical Support Officer’s report of the 25th October 2007 regarding a meeting with the Environment Agency concerning improvements to the Charlton Green area of the River (copy attached).
To consider the Project Development Officer’s report of the 23rd October 2007 regarding Charlton Green – River Dour Improvements (copy attached).
10. PLAY AREAS
To consider Cllr Mrs A Smith’s report of the 8th November 2007 concerning Pencester Garden Play Area (copy attached).
11. CALENDAR OF HIGH MEADOW IMAGES
To consider a member of the public’s letter and example of Calendar dated the 2nd November 2007(copy of letter attached, copy of Calendar with Clerk to circulate at meeting for viewing)
12. FESTIVAL OF DOVER 2008
To consider purchasing the RHS Show Handbook for the Gardening / Horticultural event in 2008, at a cost of £10.50, including P&P.
To discuss Fridge Magnets for the Festival of Dover 2008 Calendar.
To consider the Project Development Officer’s report of the 31st October 2007 regarding the progress to date of the organisation of a Chess Tournament for the event (copy attached).
13. CONSIDERATION OF QUOTATIONS FOR GRASS CUTTING
To consider the Technical Support Officer’s report of the 5th November 2007 concerning quotations received for grass cutting at the War Memorial Gardens, St. Edmund’s Chapel and area of Coombe Valley Road, Dover (copy attached).
