To consider the meeting notes of the Fair Trade meeting held on the 22nd January 2008 (copy attached) and to receive an oral report from the Chairman.

To note urgent decision UD 07/08 – 076, dated 30th January 2008, concerning the change of banner supplier.


8. RAY WARNER FILM COLLECTION

To consider the Chairman’s letter to the Museum dated 13 December 2008 and Mr Jon
Iveson’s response dated 17 January 2008 (copies attached).
