7.            TOWN COUNCIL REPRESENTATION AND REPRESENTATIVES’ REPORTS

To consider a report from the Project Development Officer concerning the Archery World Cup; (copy attached);

To consider a report form the Deputy town Clerk concerning the AGM of the Charter   Trustees/Towns;(copy attached);

To consider any reports that the Town Council representatives on outside bodies may wish to make.

8.            MAYORAL ENGAGEMENTS AND MAYOR’S REPORT
 
To consider the list of Mayoral engagements since the meeting on 26th September 2007; (to follow).

To receive a report from the Town Mayor on any developments since that meeting.
 
9.             MAYORAL EXPENSES OF OFFICE
 
To consider a reportfrom Councillor RR Markham concerning the current budgets for: a) the Mayora Expenses of Office; b) The  Mayor’s Hospitality; (copy attached).
 
10.          URGENT DECISIONS
 
               To note urgent decision number UD07/08-062 regarding change of meeting dates.
 
11.          OFFICE OF PORTSMEN

To consider the report by Councillor Mrs L D Young concerning the honorary title of Portsman; (copy attached)
          
12.          EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC
 
To consider a motion for the exclusion of the public for the remainder of the meeting.

To consider the current situation regarding staffing issues.
