7. KENT ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL COUNCILS
To consider the letter of 13th March from the Kent Association of Local Councils, requesting the renewal of subscription for the 2008/9 financial year; (copy attached).
8. WESTERN HEIGHTS PAVILLION
To consider the Technical Support Officer’s report dated 14th March 2008, concerning the demolition of the Western Heights Pavilion; (copy attached).
9. HERITAGE OPEN DAY
To consider the letter of 3rd March from the Dover Society, concerning a request for participation in the Heritage Open Day; (copy attached).
10. DOVER YOUTH THEATRE ADDITIONAL GRANT APPLICATION
To consider the further application for a grant from Dover Youth Theatre; (copy attached)
11. TOWN COUNCIL REPRESENTATION AND REPRESENTATIVES’ REPORTS
To consider any reports that the Town Council’s nominated representatives on outside bodies may wish to make.
12. MAYORAL ENGAGEMENTS AND MAYOR’S REPORT
To consider the list of Mayoral engagements since the meeting on 27th February 2008 (copy attached).
To receive a report from the Town Mayor on any developments since that meeting.
