4. COMMITTEE BUDGET

To consider latest draft out-turn against the Committee’s 2007/08 budget (copy attached).

To consider the Committee’s draft budget for the 2008/9 municipal year.


6. FAIR TRADE

To discuss the Fair Trade meeting held on the 6th November 2007.


7. PUBLIC/MEDIA RELATIONS

To consider the wording and format for the street banner and the tent banner.
To Consider the Town Clerk’s report dated 21st November 2007 concerning the Town Council newsletter (copy attached).

To consider the Chairman’s report dated 21st November 2007 concerning the Town and Environment Committee’s minute number 429 b) (copy attached).


8. DOVER RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

To consider Mr R Catt, Chairman of Dover Rugby Football Club’s letter of 17th October 2007 concerning a request for financial assistance (copy attached).


9. POLICE WORKING GROUP

To consider the Chairman’s oral report concerning the setting up of a working group, to co-operate with the police.
