To note Dover District Council’s email of 13th September 2007 regarding the adoption of “Delivering Affordable Housing through the Planning System” as a Supplementary Planning Document to Policy HS9 of the Dover District Local Plan (2002) on 3rd September 2007 (copy attached) together with the Supplementary Planning Document (available in the office).

Comments: The Committee objected to this application as it does not agree with brown fill developments in gardens, they considered it would set a precedent and Policy DD4 – the character of the proposed dwelling is not in keeping with the surrounds.
